We're looking for ambitious individuals with a natural flair for sales (doesn’t have to be insurance specific), and two or more A-levels (or equivalent). You’ll also ideally have an agricultural industry background and an active interest in the rural community. In addition, you'll need to really believe in excellent customer service and relish the opportunity to help those who live and work in the countryside.
