As one of our Agents, you’ll be commissioned and self-employed which means your earnings are uncapped. On day one your commissioned income would range from £29,000 to £33,000, but from day two this can grow alongside your business and can be as great as your ambition. In addition, income can be earned through the sale of finance and the introduction of life and risk management services. As a self-employed person, you'll need to take into account certain business costs, such as running a car, but the commission income is unlimited and set at a rate which will enable you to meet all the necessary overheads of the office in addition to your personal income, including the staff costs you incur.
If you join as a Farming Agent, you'll hold an employment contract with your relevant farming union alongside being offered product, policy and skills training. In addition, a support network of specialist staff will be there to guide you in your day–to-day work.
