Each year we reward our high sales achievers through the Mutual Challenge competition. This is a year-long competition running from January to December and is open to all Agents. It reflects the increasingly important need for people from all different business streams and distribution channels to work together and complement each other. Specific targets are set for individuals and teams and if you/your team reach the target set and fulfil any other criteria required then you'll qualify for the Mutual Challenge Convention. In the past, Mutual Challenge has been held in Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Malta.
