Area Managers - Business and Sales
Your Area Manager is the key link between NFU Mutual and the Agency. Typically they'll be a liaison for 10 to 12 offices, outlining NFU Mutual's development objectives and establishing sales targets with the Agent. They are the line manager for Sales Consultants and Field Trainers.
Sales Consultants - Sales
Working for the Area Manager, they'll have responsibility for between six and 10 local agencies. They oversee development on a day-to-day basis and advise on everything from compliance issues and securing new business to promoting marketing activity and providing support/motivation through coaching.
Field Trainers - Training
Field Trainers oversee an area's training needs, focusing principally on the technical ins and outs of our products, but they'll also offer some sales training. They help identify key concerns and then develop the solutions to address them, ensuring compliance is met at all times.
Financial Consultant - Life Sales
A Financial Consultant will help you develop the Financial Services business opportunities in your area, helping you to introduce NFU Mutual's range of Financial Services products which will generate income for you.
