Agency
The Agency department manages the relationship between NFU Mutual and its network of self-employed Agents. The department operates in two areas: Agency Changes looks after a wide range of issues from Agency agreement issues to changes in office structure, and Agency Consultancy provides business solutions to the Area Managers and Agents whilst also raising issues on behalf of the Agents with other Head Office departments, whenever necessary.
Marketing
Group Marketing provides Agents with essential promotional materials which make it easier to develop the business. The team can help with anything from adverts and prospecting lists to websites.
Underwriting
The Underwriting department ensures the needs of each customer are understood and introduces products which would be beneficial to the marketplace. The department is divided across NFU Mutual's range of insurances and each team provides technical advice to Regional Underwriting teams, which is in turn passed on to Agents.
Sales
Our Head Office Sales department generates the sales strategy for NFU Mutual and provides Agents with a range of support materials and initiatives to help achieve targets, from dedicated documentation to attract large account business to the awarding of prizes to successful Agents. They endeavour to provide a range of sales options to help make your Agency a success.
