New Agent Induction Day
This two-day workshop is intended for all new Agents. The informal event is held at Head Office every six or seven weeks and aims to give individuals an insight into the role of an Agent and introduce them to the support available to them and give them the chance to address any concerns or issues each new Agent might have.
Assessor Training
This workshop, held over two days, is designed to provide delegates with the skills they need to be able to assess the performance of their staff, Agents or peers and to provide evidence and audit trails for future Training and Competence and FSA requirements.
Introduction to selling
This one-day workshop provides delegates with the basic skills and knowledge required to undertake a regulated selling role. It builds on the knowledge gained from the e-learning module and provides an opportunity for practical application in a safe environment.
Technical product training
Alongside the skills workshops, the product licensing courses will cover the following:

- Commercial vehicle insurance
- Premier home insurance
- Tractor insurance
- Other personal insurances
- Commercial business combined insurance
