If you're short-listed following the application review process, you'll be invited to attend an Assessment Day. This will be held either at a local venue or at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon and we'll confirm the date and location with you. The reason we hold an assessment day is to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a practical environment. It will also provide you with the chance to find out more about us and meet people within the organisation along with other candidates.
