If you're short-listed following the application review process, you'll be invited to attend an Assessment Day. This will be held either at a local venue or at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon. The reason we hold an assessment day is to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a practical environment. It will also provide you with the chance to find out more about us and meet people within the organisation, along with other candidates.
The Assessment Day will consist of several competency based exercises and details of these, the date, time and venue will be confirmed in writing.
It is worth remembering that you are being assessed against the competencies for the role. Therefore you will find it useful to view each of our Key Competencies before attending the day.
Post assessment
Shortly after the assessment day we will contact you with an offer of feedback. If you are successful, you will be invited to a second stage interview local to the vacancy that you have applied for. This interview not only incorporates a further competency based interview, it offers you the chance to meet the local Area Manager and discuss additional questions you may have.
