Sales Executive

This role is all about developing new business opportunities identified in the Agency business plan. You'll target an area or industry and then go out to win the business. Sales Executives normally have previous insurance sales experience and understand the importance of building trusting relationships. Because at NFU Mutual, it's not all about a quick sale, it's about inspiring customer loyalty. This role is an ideal way to gain a thorough knowledge of the business and progress towards a more senior position.

Office Manager

Office Managers have the vital task of making sure the Agency office runs like clockwork. Reporting to the either the Senior or Assistant Agent you'll provide exceptional administrative support and ensure every customer is treated as an individual. You'll also understand the legislation surrounding our insurance products and provide training to the rest of the support team.

Customer Service Advisers

Customer Service Advisers are the voice of an Agency, championing the strong customer service ethic. A key part of the office team, you'll provide administrative and sales support.

Claims Administrator

Always on hand in the office, the Claims Administrator helps Agents and Sales Executives with small-ticket claims made by policyholders. You'll have great telephone skills and can swiftly resolve claims.
